Mrs. Kenner has always shown a caring attitude and attention to every patient who enters the Cardiac Rehab department. This lady has shown compassion toward her patients in a manner that makes you feel like someone really cares that you improve in your health and that you are following the proper guidelines in order to improve your heart health. Ever since day one, I have felt myself getting stronger with every visit due to Mrs. Kenner's "can do" and compassionate attitude. I am retired from the U.S. Army after 20 years and have had the opportunity to meet numerous medical personnel. After all my experiences in the military working with many professionals, I know when I meet a true professional such as Mrs. Kenner. After I had an aorta valve replacement in October 2016, I thought my life was on a downhill track, but when I started my rehab and had things explained to me by Lana, I began to feel like I could recover from this tremendous medical procedure and could get stronger. This was due to the "I care that you improve and get healthy again" attitude that Lana displays. It is so reassuring to find a professional such as Lana who really loves her job. She really cares about her patients well being. I appreciate her professionalism to the fullest.
