Oh Mercy me, how do I begin to tell how much my nurse, Mercy, meant to me and my family? Mercy expressed the desire for me to get well and showed me compassion. Mercy listened and was attentive to my needs and concerns by addressing what needed to be done and proceeded with the appropriate care and treatment.
I have an active sense of humor even when I feel lousy. I enjoyed exchanging humor with Mercy, which made me feel at ease. I felt comfortable talking with her. Mercy is very knowledgeable in her field of expertise. She has the quality of being professional and at the same time has a very caring and sweet personality.
At times Mercy went that extra mile in giving me the care I needed. She never made me feel like I was a bother to her. She is pleasant, cheerful, kind, and compassionate. I would not hesitate to highly recommend Mercy to any patient.
