I want to take the time out to thank Jennifer; she was amazing, loving, caring, and very good at her job and what she does. She was very patient, she checked up on us all the time. She gave what every patient and family look for when they're in the hospital going through a tough ruff time. Great overall care. She made me feel more at ease because I was very stressed because my spouse was so sick very bad; she reassured me that everything was going to be ok! At my time of need from me and my spouse, we want to thank her, and we appreciate all that she has done for us.

Having been in the hospital for a week already, my patience and resolve were wearing thin. It was then that Jenn was assigned as my overnight nurse. Her attitude and attentiveness were amazing. Not only was the care I received amazing but her positive attitude was contagious! I recall telling a friend or family member I felt like I'd known her for years. I started looking forward to Jenn's shifts and the banter we shared. My restlessness and depression about my situation were reduced greatly. She treated me like a person not as an annoyance and I am forever grateful for that!

Tonight, I have put Jenn through the mill with many difficult mishaps that have occurred with my most recent admission, and through it all, she took the reins to not only handle the problem but to make me feel at ease. In my own opinion, Jennifer is the true example of the kindness the nursing profession strides for. And you are lucky she is a part of "your" team. The medical profession needs many more just like her and I feel not only safe but blessed to have had her as my nurse.
