Beyond being a professional and extremely knowledgeable, she is caring, sincere, and the "best" motivator you could ever imagine. She had me out of my bed and smiling before 24 hours had passed. She tactfully challenged me to look at all the positive things that recovery would do for me. Over a period of three and a half days we were walking completely around the whole 3rd floor. Not only were we walking "everywhere", we were singing the whole time. Her enthusiasm is very contagious, other patients and nurses began to sing when we would walk by their area or rooms. Bea Yap was nothing short of miraculous, getting a 65 year old man leaving the hospital with a spring in his step. Baylor Scott & White was lucky to find such a dedicated individual. Not only do you have a DAISY but a whole bouquet of wonderfulness. God Bless.
