In the high stress environment of the Operating Room Dani is a master of organization skills. With minimal support, she prepares for and runs the emergent and after hours cases. Dani is a very effective communicator with our MD staff, co-workers and Nursing Supervisors. Our patients and their families appreciate her compassion. I have witnessed her on many occasions calming a frightened patient and letting the families know what to expect. Dani always has a positive attitude, even when called at 2 am to come back for a case after working until midnight. Dani is a constant pleasure to work with.
