Melissa is a very passionate, caring person. She always took time on a personal level with my husband and me. Melissa always seemed to have a beautiful smile on her face. My husband and I had some little personal issues at home with our dogs which were causing my husband to have some anxiety attacks. Personal issues at home and hospital stays just don't seem to go together. Melissa talked to my husband and me and she seemed to make a lot of sense to the both of us.
