I wanted to take a minute to let you know that an angel was sent to my daughter and me from CTVU by way of one of your RN's. My daughter, who is 44 yrs old, has been a patient here for 24 days. She is disabled and cannot get in/out of bed thus she had not had her hair washed in the days of being here. Amber, your RN, heard our Case Manager asking about a piece of equipment that CTVU might have to help me wash her hair. She immediately offered to come after she got off work and wash it for me. She was so sweet and gentle and caring. A perfect angel for the day. Not a lot of people would do that after working all day and I just wanted to let you know what kind of employee she is. Thanks for letting me express my gratitude for this thoughtfulness.

Amber Miller started working for me in ICU South as a Swan while in nursing school. I was so moved by her excellence as a Swan that I sent a card to her parents years ago praising them for the excellent job they did in raising such an outstanding person and future nurse. She accepted a CTVU job out of nursing school and I've followed her career since. She is one of the most outstanding nurses that I've had the pleasure to watch grow.
