Stephanie is extremely hands-on with all of her patients and actually listens to their concerns and needs. She has a high level of compassion for her patients. She takes the time to listen and ease them through their hospital stay.

She is extremely helpful to her PCTs and fellow nurses and is always willing to lend a helping hand regardless of how busy she may seem. If any of her coworkers are having a hard day, she takes the time to try and brighten it or ease the burden of her teammates. She is very supportive of her nursing students who shadow and learn from her, many of whom have said she is their favorite preceptor due to the time she takes to answer their questions and relate their studies into day to day practice as a nurse.
She's one of the best people to work with and will always put a smile on your face. She has gone above and beyond and is an extraordinary nurse who demonstrates the core values of Providence in her life at work as well as in her daily life. She is a role model for compassionate care.
