Deborah is such a wonderful and amazing nurse and I cannot begin to express the gratitude I have for her. My son was her patient and he is hearing impaired. He was very scared to have to stay in the hospital. She went above and beyond to understand him and make him feel safe and comfortable. Everything she did was done with such kindness and patience; her bedside manner was impeccable. She made me, as a very scared mother, feel so at ease because she treated my son so well. She is the kind of nurse that makes ENMMC shine.

Deborah just has the most compassionate and caring demeanor. She never emits a stressful air or one of being burdened. She is sweet, kind, and very attentive to the patient and patient's needs. She makes us feel at ease. She has the proverbial "servant's heart".

My grandson was admitted here at 5-days-old with a bilirubin that was at 17.9. Deborah has been so very sweet to him and his mommy, as well as to his 3-year-old big sister and the rest of our family. She explains everything she is doing so that we know what is going on. She has a very good personality and shows excellent nursing skills. Thank you for being so awesome!
