Jamie rode in the ambulance with my son and I while he was experiencing his first and very severe asthma attack. He was calm, cool, reassuring, attentive, and urgent in his manner, everything you'd want from the person you're trusting with your child's life. He quickly felt like family to us and helped us understand what was to come. He took my son's situation very seriously and treated us like old friends. Though there would be no sleep that first night, my heart relaxed knowing Jamie was in charge. This is his calling and it's incredible to witness. This man is nothing short of devoted to his profession and was a Godsend to us during this frightening time.
