Veronique took excellent care of my father on several admissions. She is professional, kind, and caring. My father has several chronic medical conditions that are complicated by a rare bleeding disorder. She went above and beyond for him. Veronique stayed late to make sure he was okay, got the doctor to the bedside, and took care of him when he had trouble breathing just after her shift ended. She made sure he was comfortable and felt safe at all times. Veronique worked with the hospitalist as well as the doctors that were consulted to make sure my father's needs were taken care of. My entire family felt that he was safe while he was in her care. My father described Veronique as "a very nice person, I can tell she care about me, she checks on me even if she is not my nurse for the day."
