Arnold is a very selfless and compassionate nurse. He doesn't mind if it is his patient or not. He stepped into the room to assist me with a 90-year-old R/O COVID patient in respiratory distress. He even stopped in another room to take care of another patient that wasn't his. He is a true DAISY Nurse for his compassionate and intricate care of sick patients all the time.

Arnold showed leadership and compassion during the resuscitation of an R/O COVID patient. He selflessly stepped in to provide excellent care to a patient in need. He is hard-working, kind, enthusiastic, and shows great leadership skills along with compassion. I am so proud of him! He is a great addition to our team. Way to go!
