Terri was very professional and genuine in her care to me. She explained all the necessary steps in my health care that was to be performed and what the expectation for treatment should be and its outcome. She helped me feel less stressed on my journey to wellness. She has years of knowledge, compassion, bedside manner. Although she has been in this career for so long she still cares for people and their feelings and that is what makes her so extraordinary and special. Her career choice was the best and she continues to do it well.

I have worked with Terri for 33 years. She has a heart bigger than anyone I have ever worked alongside. She is one of the most compassionate nurses I know. She is a patient advocate every day she works, especially through the COVID-19 crisis, advocating for patients to get the much-needed care when others were giving up. Terri fought for the patient who ended up being transferred out to another facility to get the care he needed. She cares for her patients as though they were her family members. She holds their hands, rubs their backs, and continually provides the patients and families with the education and updates that lead to more positive outcomes. LVH Pocono could only hope that they had more nurses as wonderful as she is. Not only does she provide excellent care, but she is also always eager to help her coworkers. A true team player and a true patient advocate and a true DAISY Nurse.
