What an amazing Nurse! My granddaughter was running a very high fever, heart rate was in the 200s and Marissa went into action. She was working nights that day and has a very busy assignment. I could tell all her patients were keeping her very busy. Marissa was very knowledgeable, knew exactly what to do, and was very caring and attentive to my granddaughter's needs and took the time to always ask "what can I do for you, grandma". Marissa has great a bedside manner, is such a sweet, caring, and funny young lady. CHOP is very lucky to have the opportunity to have someone on their staff as great as Marissa. She is truly a gem.
