I want Crystal to be recognized for taking care of my one-month-old premature baby girl. She went above and beyond her job to make sure my baby was very well taken care of. My baby could not hold formula down. She went 3 days without eating. When I would go downstairs to eat she made sure my baby was comfortable and would pick her up and comfort her when I was gone. She was always on top of her medicines and her care. Crystal showed a lot of heart and sympathy towards my baby. She made my stay here very peaceful and pleasant. She is an extraordinary person.
