My mom became very ill the day before her husband's funeral. Once my mother was admitted and Rose heard the news, she quickly began exploring options so my mom could view the funeral via the internet. Rose brought her brother's personal iPad, contacted the funeral home to set everything up, came in on her day off and stayed until the funeral started. Rose is truly an angel for going so far above and beyond. Our family is grateful for everything she did.

There was a patient in ICU who was very ill and her husband had recently passed away. The patient was unable to go to her husband's funeral and was very emotional and upset because she could not attend. Rose contacted the funeral home director to set up Skype or FaceTime so that the patient could see and hear the service in the hospital in her room. Rose volunteered her own iPad and came in on her day off to set up the FaceTime for her patient. Rose went above and beyond to meet the emotional needs of the patient the patient's family. Rose is a very loving and caring nurse to her patients, always sharing compassion and sympathy. She is an excellent nurse and employee at Trinity!!

Rose went above and beyond to take care of me and my patient needs. No matter what came up, she tried to think of things to make it better. She was sympathetic and empathetic in anything that came up and I really appreciated the care I received from her. I never had to wait when I put on my light, or not for long. She was here past shift to help out the next and not just leave the others without helping them as much as she could before leaving. She also had an awesome attitude and outlook on things. Thank you so much for making my experience worth it. It is nurses like you that make me proud to be a nurse.
