Mark works support staff flex position. He floats throughout the hospital working med/surg, telemetry, PCU, ICU and Emergency Room. Mark is pleasant to work with and is a team player offering others assistance when needed. He has critical care and emergency room experience and is very competent in his skills. Mark has good customer service and talks with patients and family with compassion. He is responsive to his patients and quick to react when patients get distressed or condition worsens. Mark collaborates with the doctor and other departments to get and complete orders to help improve patient condition. He is respectful to patients, families, physicians and other staff. Mark shows integrity by putting the whole patient picture together and is confident in his care. He is sometimes house float and is good at starting IV's and completing admissions. Mark shows excellence in being able to function wherever he is placed for the shift. Mark is a good resource nurse for newer nurses to rely on.
