Florence comes to me showing concern when I need her for my meds. Actually, she pays attention and talks with me. I had an allergic reaction and immediately she came. She wrote down the meds I need to be switched. She talked to my doctors. She's extremely kind-hearted and shows me 100% attention when I need her.
