My mother had a hip revision and due to various complications she was there for two weeks. Kymberly was her nurse for a couple of shifts and she went above and beyond. She was compassionate and kind, in addition to providing fantastic care. She addressed my mother's needs promptly and with a smile. She always told her what medication she was giving her, and answered any questions she had. My mother is having memory issues so it can be difficult at times to deal with her.

In addition, she showed my father compassion too. The hip surgery alone is stressful, when it is someone you love, and they are an older couple, but my father has to deal with my mother's memory as well so it takes its toll. It was so nice to have a compassionate nurse to provide answers and to just be patient.

Kymberly went above and beyond when my mother was asking about what kind of tea was available to her. Kymberly explained that they didn't have a very big selection and told her the options. My mother didn't like the options. The next night Kymberly came to work and brought my mother tea from her own home. These kind of small gestures really make her stand out.

Kymberly was exceptional. Kymberly gives her patients 110%. She is fantastic and should be recognized as such.
