Robin is one of the most selfless nurses I have met. She is always willing to help anyone who needs it. Robin will stop whatever she is doing to make sure everyone else's needs are met first. We call her the "momma" of the floor. If another nurse is behind and having to stay late, she always stays late with us to help us complete our work so we don't have to walk outside by ourselves. She is charge nurse. Her patients love her. The nursing staff love her and the doctors respect her.

Robin is a Mama nurse to all of us. She is there for us even when she's not in charge. She's always there for the patient and goes above for them if there is something they ask. If we can't get an IV she is there to the rescue. She remembers her patients and will speak to them when she sees them out. She is what the true meaning of nursing is. A wonderful co-worker to have beside me.
