Yuki was an excellent nurse. Her compassion and professionalism were outstanding. She took time to explain all medication, answer my questions, and gave my mom the utmost care. It is nurses such as Yuki that help patients recover and have a pleasant and comfortable hospital stay. Yuki spoke so kindly to my mom and did not rush her or make her wait for assistance. Yuki was such a godsend in as much that I didn't have to worry if I had to leave my mother. Thank you, Yuki, for following the oath you took when you became a nurse. So many should follow your example, thank you Kaiser.

Yuki never said she couldn't do it. She helped with toileting, changing linens, bathing, cleaning spills on the floor. She never said let me call the CNA or the Housekeeper, she just put her gloves on and helped. Her pride set aside and never was rude. She was so professional. She made the stay for mom comfortable and pleasant as possible.
Thank you, Yuki, for holding true to your professional and oath. Thank you for not being lazy and not avoiding things needing attention, thank you for your patience. Thank you for being an outstanding nurse.

Yuki exhibits professionalism from her appearance to her manner of speaking with you. She follows through with what she says she will do, never letting you sit in the room helpless.
Yuki took time to review medications, my mother's needs and to reassure us everything is good. She checked the system to ensure my inquiries were assured correctly. She never hesitated if she needed to check with the doctor. She said she didn't know for sure but would check. Her ego didn't overtake nursing.
Yuki wore the hat of our nurse, our CNA, and housekeeping. Never once complaining or delay. Yuki was a blessing this hospital stay, thank you!

Yuki is a very, very compassionate nurse. She didn't push the saline to flush the line, all in one push like many others do. She didn't hurt my mom when flushing. She took time and cared. She didn't rip the tape off quickly, she took time to use the alcohol pad. She spoke slowly and clearly to my hearing-impaired mom, thank you.

Yuki double checked medications, doctor's orders, my mother's wound, her comfort. She made sure Mom was clean and had everything she needed. She double separated medication to my mom and handed each one to her. Thank you for explaining to her what you were giving her and repeating when she couldn't hear.
Yuki cares about her job and duties. She cares about her patients and she cares about the families of patients. She reminds you of protocol and procedures in a kind and nice way, never making you feel stupid or awkward. She takes time to do what it takes to help us no matter what.
