Audrey Miller has been recognized recently by two patients. The first patient wrote a letter that she was mentioned in as a special nurse who was attentive and wanted to do the right thing. The patient was impressed with Audrey’s care.

The second patient called me personally to recognize Audrey and give a special thanks to her. He had spent about ten days in the Medical ICU with pneumonia. He was close to being intubated. He wanted us to know how terrified he was and how scary the experience was for him. He said Audrey made things easier for him with her smile and by holding his hand when he cried.

Every patient, family, coworker and physician appreciates the care given by Audrey. She is wonderful to work with. Her smile lights up a room. She is truly one of the most caring and compassionate nurses I have had the privilege of knowing.
