Amber has extraordinary professional skills and abilities. She delivers care in a way that is received as a gift by the patient and family. She is always calm and uses gentle touch to promote healing and recovery. As a fellow worker, I’ve always seen her demonstrate commitment to her peers as she volunteers to stay over to help the night shift when we need extra support. Recently, she stayed late to help a coworker who was dealing with an emergency patient situation. She assisted in getting the patient stable and transferred him to another unit.
Amber is full of life, love and compassion. She is a true joy to work with and she brings valuable knowledge and support to our unit. She lives our culture of “always” because she always wears a smile, always is willing to help, and always delivers angelic care to her patients.
