Erica Kilpatrick was kind, compassionate and caring above any nurse we have encountered our many times in the ER. My husband has had multiple visits with acute CHF and his stage IV lung cancer.

She was accommodating to any need in a prompt and efficient manner. She was never abrupt or gave the impression she was too busy to help. She always took time to answer questions and help with any of our needs. I say "our" as I was emotionally a basket case watching my husband suffocate until CHF was under control. She was like an angel from GOD sent to help both of us through this difficult time.

We have never had such a loving nurse who truly exhibits the compassion this profession should have. Thank you!!
