Nicole was the first nurse that my son had when he came back from his liver transplant. From the moment she started getting him settled in bed, I knew she was serious about making sure my son was going to get amazing care. She settled through all of the wires with confidence and she explained everything to me so I felt comfortable and knew he was in the best hands. She was on top of everything and she listened to my concerns also. My son had to go back in for a second surgery and boy was I relieved when he came back to see Nicole present, ready to take on the challenge. I woke up the next morning after she had been caring for him to cute blankets and homemade airplanes and stuffed animals. She made the hospital a home away from home. Her proactive and upbeat attitude really set her apart. I would trust her with my son every day to not only get amazing care but to be an amazing person.
