Kendall has been instrumental in helping my father in the situation that he is currently in. He is/has been in a precarious cancer situation, but she has taken the time and effort to make sure he is comfortable. She has gone above and beyond for him and my family. Nurses should strive to be as dedicated as she is.
*****
Kendall went above and beyond to care for a patient. Despite pessimistic prognosis, Kendall continued to stay positive in her attitude and in action. She adopted the positive attitude of the family and has done everything to fight with the patient and his family.
*****
Kendall provided professional, compassionate care for our son. She made a very trying time bearable. She was very kind to him and has made it easier for him to respond to her. All the nurses were kind and considerate but Kendall was special. We smiled when she came into the room. She arranged for him to go outside in a wheelchair and was with him through most of his procedures. She is a wonderful nurse.
*****
My husband's case was so complicated. We needed someone who was skilled and organized with experience. Kendall may be young in her career, but hang on to her. Blood albumin, PCA, IVs, antibiotics, continuous monitoring, ports, drains, and excruciating pain…that's what Kendall had in caring for him ALL WEEKEND. A calm, organized approach to his care was essential. She was never buried or too busy to help or be able to ask questions. With extended family and friends, there are rapid firing thoughts and questions of her knowledge constantly. However, she had a kind and caring attitude that was evident. Cancer is difficult enough but with the right person caring for you…..you can face anything.
