I have had the pleasure to work alongside Olga Markovich for close to a year now and have seen firsthand the quality of care she provides and the desire she has for healthy patient outcomes.
Olga was our charge nurse and worked tirelessly to help the primary nurse stabilize a patient who required NG insertion prior to the patient's transfer. Olga consulted with multiple nursing staff and supervisors to escalate the supportive care for this patient.
As a new nurse, I have looked to Olga as a role model; she brings years of knowledge and experience and an unquestionable passion for the profession. No matter the situation, Olga is respectful, kind and empathetic towards each patient she cares for and does not hesitate to do what it takes to ensure patient safety.
