Andrea Wright went above and beyond helping a patient and his family. The patient was being discharged with a LifeVest and had a 2-hour demonstration on the device. The patient's wife was not present at the time of the demonstration and the patient was not able to explain it to her. Before discharging the patient, Andrea took it upon herself to call LifeVest so the patient's wife could set up an appointment for a representative to come to their house for further instructions. Plus, the LifeVest representative went over some basic information with the wife and another family member so they felt more comfortable going home. Andrea took time out of her busy day to make this couple more at ease going home with the LifeVest.
