From the moment James McAllister entered my daughter's room, he was very pleasant and respectful. His tender and caring ways made her feel comfortable. On numerous occasions and nights, he has always gone above and beyond his duties and made my daughter feel at ease and cared for. He even walked up and down halls trying to find peanuts for her because that's what she wanted. James has gone above and beyond of what was expected from an RN and for that he deserves the DAISY Award. Thank you, James, for taking excellent care of M and for the peanuts.

James took care of me; he is super nice and understanding and really takes my concerns seriously. He was my inpatient nurse multiple times and remembered me every single time. He has made all my hospital stays more comfortable and just brightens the mood every time he walks in the room.

James quickly addressed my son's pain when we arrived on the floor. He did so by quickly giving him hot packs while calling the resident for a pain medication order. He also made recommendations at that time to better manage his pain. James also made sure that the room was ready for me (his mom) and that the parent bed was made. As we arrived on the floor at 3 AM, James not only cares for the patient but the whole family unit. He really is a great example of the Nemours code, "Your Child Our Promise" Thank you, James!

James is very good at what he does and very helpful. James let me know the plan for the night and was on top of everything. He went above and beyond. He even wrote down the medicine and times on the board.
