I am hospitalized quite often. I think all of your Nurses are great but I was so impressed by Dawn. It's so nice to see her smile and how much she loves her job. Dawn has so much passion and pride. She seems to almost run to help her patients who are usually scared or in pain. She is reassuring and confident. It almost feels like she is your new friend. Dawn is reassuring and really listens to her patient's problems with such empathy. You just know right away and you're so excited knowing you're going to be taken care of by Dawn. She is one of the special ones with all the qualities a nurse should have. I was lucky. I had Dawn 2 nights and I was a little scared and anxious but she makes you feel like you're very special and everything's going to be fine. This hospital is very lucky to have her. Thank you, Dawn.
