My husband had back surgery. He was experiencing severe pain and Charla was very patient with my husband. She was creative with her communication to the doctors to ensure the right medications to establish pain relief. She was consistent with outstanding care and answered all our questions. Charla is compassionate and always cheerful.

I was admitted to the hospital over the weekend. The beginning of my stay was very rough and the nurses and doctors did not seem to understand about the chronic pain and acute pain I was experiencing. Thankfully, this wonderful RN, Charla, was assigned to me that day and she was very proactive in getting my pain controlled. Charla called the attending doctor multiple times who refused to increase my pain medication. Fortunately, when vascular came to see me, Charla told them of her attempts to get more pain medication. Charla and the NP made sure my pain was controlled.
The most impressive part was Charla's desire to sit and listen and learn from the NP how to properly control my pain.
