My nurse Kristine made me feel more than I just mattered. She made me feel special, like I was the only patient she had even though she had more. From my observation, Kristine treated all her patients as her favorite, a true quality not of today's norm. Kristine always had quite the pleasant smile and kind words to say from shift start to shift finish. She always kept a professional "how may I be of assistance" attitude, another hard to find quality in such a demanding job. Her attitude truly shows she takes pride in her job. I was blessed to be treated in such a fine environment with such knowledgeable staff.Kristine made my stay even more enjoyable by being there for me with what I needed to be comfortable in a very timely manner, yet she never rushed me. She assured me that she was always near, and to call for her with any assistance I needed. Kristine reminded me that I was never a burden and that she was there to make my stay the best it could be, given my situation with health issues. Kristine, to you I say, "Great job!" To the Riverside Health System staff, I say, "Great choice in a staff member!" Kristine is a real team player and a valuable asset to this fine medical center. Thank you, Kristine.
