Kay has been more than extraordinary, she has been caring, tender, compassionate, wonderful, and thoughtful. My family wanted everyone to know how remarkable and preeminent Kay has been with her job and caring for our mom.
Mom had an extensive surgery; she had been worried, in pain and uneasy. Kay took the time to help mom shower and clean. She has made my mom comfortable and not just by giving her medication but by making her physically and mentally at ease. Helping her get relaxed by listening to what she needed. Kay has been on point with helping mom. We have observed her being graceful to other patients/families as well. Not only does she do her job essentials, but she also goes above and beyond for the patient as well as their family. She is prompt, pleasant, family-oriented, and caring. I can say while mom has been in her care we have been at ease and forever grateful.

Kay has described everything going on with my father. She explains what the antibiotics are for and used for and how they help. Even when he goes home, she has explained everything very fully to us, about his prescriptions he will be on as well. Overall, she is very helpful and sweet!
