Every time I am admitted to the hospital, Miss Sukonta greets me with a warm smile. She is always happy to assist every time a patient or relative asks for assistance. She has kindness and calmness; she could artfully urge a child into taking medicine. She is always ready to answer any question you might have and gladly educates patients and relatives on precautions and instructions about care for the child after they return home. I can feel she works out of love and professionalism. Other than her duty and her expertise, she is kind to the mother and the child. She is always encouraging, works with great care and love. I can truly trust this nurse. I want to thank you from the bottom of my heart. The other thing that impressed me about this nurse is the fact that even though the child was not admitted to the hospital, every time we see her in the hospital she always greets us with a Thai smile and gesture. She always asks with empathy about our visit and is always kind every time we meet.
