I was very anxious and afraid of my surgery pain and once I spoke to my nurse, Ann Miller, I felt a lot better. She was always there when I would become anxious or if I had a question. She is the BEST and outstanding. Thank you very much! You are Number 1.

Ann is excellent. She is literally one of the nicest people I have ever met in my life. She never seems rushed and she really cares about her patients and her peers. She makes sure patients have anything they need. She doesn't leave any loose ends. She explains everything and goes over any questions. She really goes above and beyond to help anyone. She has a great sense of humor and creates trust with her patients and peers. She has made me feel so welcome on the unit and really helped me grow professionally and as a person. She always seems really positive and it rubs off on anyone around her. She always goes out of her way to talk to patients, family, doctors, staff, anyone.
