Miranda is always willing to help others. She has a lot of knowledge regarding patient care. She is truly a great RN and person!!! She deserves this award.

Miranda was my first preceptor straight out of nursing school. She taught me so much, but most importantly, she taught me how to meet each patient exactly where they were which would help me know how to provide loving care to every patient. She encourages coworkers and mentors new nurses so that we can be who our patients need us to be. She wants to see her coworkers succeed because she knows when we are better, or patients will get the best from us.

Miranda is the most caring nurse I've ever met. She goes above and beyond when it comes to patient care. She is always looking into assistance programs to help patients pay for treatment and is constantly on ONS learning about treatment plans and comfort measures for oncology patients. She is absolutely wonderful!
