I had a terrible incident where I could not breathe. I was transferred to ICU, very despondent and somewhat scared. After 8 hours on a breathing device, I met Hannah, my nurse in the ICU area. From the start, she was very positive and caring. Explaining the procedures in detail about improving my care and health. She has an innate quality of making one feel good both physically and mentally. I have been in the hospital before and never felt better cared for by anyone. Thanks Hannah for helping me get through a very tough time.

There were so many times she showed to me her excellent care. She made me feel like I was her only patient even though she had others. She made my requests her endeavor and issues were quickly handled. It has made my stay here much more enjoyable. Hannah made all of my family, friends, and neighbors who came to visit very welcome and went out of herway to get chairs for everyone. Hannah provided great care.
