Jane went out of her way to make sure I was comfortable and had everything I needed. She was especially helpful when she realized that the doctor I was supposed to see, left before he came to see me. Jane showed genuine concern for my feelings when I started to get upset. She showed a high level of professionalism throughout the whole ordeal and remained calm while talking to me, even when I was not calm. For that I did apologize. Jane was very understanding and she went so far as to call the doctor to make him aware that he did not see me. To my surprise, the doctor returned and gave me my discharge papers and an apology.
