Beata is the epitome of a caring, compassionate nurse. She has an overwhelmingly positive and infectious presence on the unit that really embodies our core values. Recently, a patient special requested Beata to be her nurse whenever possible. She was a challenging patient but Beata's ability to connect, spend quality time, and be present during her interactions really resonated with the patient. In addition to going above and beyond for her patients, she is always willing to help out her teammates whether it is working extra shifts, staying late, or taking on a difficult assignment. In my five years of working alongside her, I have never heard her complain about her day. She comes to work with a smile on her face every day ready to help whoever she can.
