Mandy, first and foremost, is an excellent clinician. I have witnessed her calm and focused in some of the most challenging patient care situations. Not only does her presentation assist to calm and center the room, often in the midst of chaotic conditions, but these qualities serve to also ground her teammates as well, both RN, MD and support staff. She approaches everything she does with compassion and grace, and this absolutely includes patient care. She not only is kind and respectful in all patient interactions, she always seeks to make sure that the patient and their support persons are well supported, their questions answered, and their needs met. She consistently goes the extra mile to do so.
