Wendy is an advocate for her fellow co-workers and is continuously educating her co-workers with information to enhance our unit's performance. She is involved in many committees and is available as an avid resource. Standards of care are always utilized with her. Wendy is always ready to help out any team member. She provides wonderful patient care, is an amazing charge nurse and encourages all of us to practice and communicate according to the standards of care. She is always ready to share her amazing knowledge and makes sure everyone gets an opportunity to have lunch on even the busiest of days. She will stick up for the nurses in a very professional manner if needed. She is a wonderful nurse to work with.
