In October, Jessica was my Aunt's nurse. It was a very hectic day and Jessica was needed constantly in my Aunt's room. At the end of her shift, Jessica clocked out and came in to say goodbye to us. At that same time, my aunt needed to be turned and bed linens and gown needed changed. I was starting to do this myself and Jessica said she would stay and help me. I know this was on her own time!
She is a very caring, compassionate and gentle nurse who put her patient first. Thank you, Jessica, for giving our family a memorable experience at IU Health Arnett.

My mother's health condition is quite unknown. Jessica has kept a very positive attitude, taken extra care to communicate steps, answer questions, and provide follow-up. She has made sure things were done properly. She has also helped raise my mother's spirits through talking and joking and being friendly.
Jessica also went above and beyond in staying late to make sure a complicated IV process was completed accurately and on schedule. The Antifungal required pre-medicine, flush application, etc. Jessica stayed over an hour past end of shift to make sure the process stayed on track and we had a smooth transition to the next shift. This also occurred during a very busy time, the unit had 2 new patient admits, someone in breathing distress, and multiple floor alarms. I have the highest confidence my mom will receive the best care when Jessica is on shift.
