Amy was awesome. She has so much compassion for her patients. This is simply how she is as a person. There's no way she can "act" like a good nurse. She "is" a great nurse, because she's a special person. She has made many stays at Providence very comfortable and pleasant for me, as well as for my family. I certainly appreciate all the personal effort she puts forward.

I heard about her from my wife. She said that nurse was "all that"! After seeing her at work, I must say I agree. She brought smiles to all of our faces as she engaged us. Most important, she made my father-in-law, who was in the hospital, feel better.

My father was admitted to the hospital following an outpatient procedural surgery. She assured us that my dad would be well cared for. She made my mother feel at ease, which was excellent for us. The way she initiated herself to give us that real assurance, made my soul feel at ease. She was a total natural. She is great.
