"I want Methodist Hospitals to know that Gay made me comfortable and calm while I waited for my husband to return from surgery. I was at the hospital since 9 am and had not eaten. My husband's surgery went longer than expected and he was not assigned to a room until 4:30 pm. She was concerned that I had not eaten since earlier in the day. I was so hungry, and Gay provided a nice sandwich without asking. It's so nice to know that she cared enough to take care of me as well as my husband. She is a person who really cares about patients and families.
