Halie was absolutely amazing! My father has Leukemia, ALL, and AML. She was all over him checking, up-to-date on his Hickman. Extraordinary compassion does not describe the treatment my father has received. I wish every nurse treated my father with this excellent standard of care. I thank you Halie for making a horrible time in my family's life so much better! God bless you!

Halie is a very knowledgeable, compassionate, effective, and caring nurse. We so appreciate the effort she made to connect with information and to be our advocate, to get tests scheduled, etc. She communicated with us so regularly and had a very upbeat approach which was greatly appreciated. ProMedica should be very grateful to have Halie as a nurse. She truly represents what anyone would appreciate, the nurse they would like to have leading their team. Her help and kindness were great! Halie was an exceptional nurse. She was very knowledgeable, and I felt very comfortable in her care. I knew with her being my nurse that every need I had would be met. She was attentive to my needs. She is a compassionate individual and an awesome nurse!

My husband needed emergent surgery for a herniated incarcerated hernia. Halie was very informative and took such good care of my husband and me too. She inserted his NG tube after another nurse was having difficulty with it.

Halie was at the pinnacle of patient care, as well as taking care of the patient's family. Halie was patient with the nurse attempting an NG tube in my brother and then gently took over when the second attempt did not present successful. Halie took over and inserted the NG tube effortlessly and so much more comfortably for my brother. My brother needed emergent surgery and Halie walked our family down to the surgery waiting room to make sure we were comfortable. Halie deserves a DAISY Award!

We were here at 2:30 AM with a good friend who needed emergency surgery. Halie graciously took us down to the second floor and showed us the ropes and answered all our questions. She's genuine. Very nice.
