I want to take this opportunity to thank Gonzalo for many years of help during many stressful patient interactions and events. Gonzalo has been pleasant and always quick to provide assistance to me and my patients.
One exceptional situation that comes to mind was during multiple critical patient events on the 4th floor at the same time. We worked as a team triaging each situation and, in the end, patients recovered and were provided with appropriate care. Gonzalo was quick to act as were others on the team.
