Jocelyn is an extraordinary nurse, as well as kind, compassionate and friendly person. She has done a wonderful job in carrying for my mom. She often makes my mom smile and laugh when no one else can. She has a great sense of humor and my mom likes her very much. She not only cares for my mom, but me and my sister as well. She has helped us in so many ways, and goes the extra mile for all of us. Jocelyn is very knowledgeable - able and we wish all nurses were like her. She is a huge asset in the nursing field as well as UCLA. She has become our friend and we care about her so much.

She definitely deserves the DAISY Award for all her efforts and her kind and caring heart. The world would be a better place if there were more people like her. We have been in the UCLA area for approximately 3 weeks, living in a hotel. We are from the Fresno area. Our mom is a patient on the 4th floor north, receiving the ECT treatments. As we are new to the area, Jocelyn has given us lots of information in order to make our stay as pleasant as possible. She has been very sympathetic to our needs, and we appreciate her so much! Jocelyn has been so good for our mom and treats her with respect, when others treat her like a crazy woman! We are very blessed that she is in charge of our mom. We will never forget her, and the kindness and compassion she has given to us all.
