I was feeling nervous about my hip replacement surgery and was experiencing high anxiety. When Scott walked into pre-op, his great smile and calm demeanor were so reassuring to me that I knew I had chosen the best team. I had doubts about my decision to have surgery. Scott answered all of my questions and never once rushed me. He came to check on me after my surgery and in my room when he was on his way out for the day. Although I have now forgotten the anxiety, pain, and surgery, I will always remember that big smile.
