Tammy is first of all a fantastic supervisor. She is very knowledge and shares her experience with other staff. She is tireless and willing to help all of us in any situation. She is a wonderful role model. Her enthusiasm and positive outlook are infectious. We just love her!

Secondly, Tammy Laidlaw did a fabulous job creating the CNA Appreciation Week, with all of the thoughtful and loving details that went into it. Her love and devotion of the staff and to the hospital were obvious at the ceremony and very touching to see.

I admire her as exceptional nurse. I look forward to working with her whenever she is here. She brings her joy, compassion and her strength to our work environment.

She is truly an exceptional human being!
