Kayla was the weekend nurse who cared for my brother who had a massive leg/hip infection. Kayla answered our questions and delivered great nursing care with skill and compassion. I am a retired RN and visited my brother frequently. Kayla's nursing performance assured me that my brother was in capable hands. Thank you, Kayla!

My mother was lucky enough to be a patient on the 7th floor for an entire week. The constant and consistent care she received from the entire Memorial nursing staff was appreciated but Kayla went above and beyond. She always entered my mom's room with a smile, always kept us informed of any changes or news and genuinely cared for my mom. She took the time to really listen to our concerns and acted immediately upon them. Often she would say as she entered the door "I love coming into this room!" That won over my 93-year-old mom along with the family's love. What a blessing Kayla is!!
